DESTINY CHILD GOSPEL TALENT HUNT UNVEILS SEASON 2 OF THE SHOW

Destiny Child Gospel Music Talent Hunt have unveiled plans for the second season of the show set to begin in August. In a press conference held on Tuesday in Lagos Nigeria, the show’s organizers revealed plans for the second season which begins officially in August.

Following the success of the first edition of the competition which produced Israel Funsho as winner with Femi Flame and Rasine Brown as runner-ups, the organizers have apparently reviewed the first season and made some slight changes to improve the quality of the show.

The first change is the addition of gospel music producer Wole Oni to the 3 judges from the 01st season: Tim Godfrey, Samsong and U-Chenna.

Registration for the show commences today 03rd July 2013 and would run through the 14th of August, with auditions scheduled to take place the following day.
Auditions will take place in the following cities in the following order:
-          Abuja
-          Makurdi
-          Owerri
-          Port Harcourt
-          Uyo
-          Asaba
-          Benin
-          Ekiti
-          Lagos

The winners of the Destiny Child Gospel Music Talent Hunt Season 2 will go with the following fantastic prizes:

1st prize: Brand New Car, One Million Naira Cash Prize, Autograph records deal worth Three Million Naira.
2nd Prize: Autograph Records Deal worth Two Million Naira
3rd prize: Autograph Records deal Worth One Million Naira

A new host Ifeanyi Chinoso (Iphie) will join Ibrahim Suleiman aka Quest in presenting the show on television each week.

The Destiny Child Gospel Music Talent Hunt will be live on the following TV Stations: Kingdom Africa, African Magic Entertainment, AIT, Channels TV, Loveworld Plus, Praiseworld Radio, Dove TV, Super Screen, Ekiti TV, CRBC, DBS, Enugu State Broadcasting TV, and X2D.
